Centered around monthly consulting sessions, our team will guide you through every step of your planning process with tons of juicy pro-tips. (And even a few relationship hacks!).  Come your wedding day, our team of coordination Superheros swoops in to expertly handle your day so you can relax & enjoy every moment with your sweetheart!

    • Comprehensive vendor questionnaires to help guide your decision making around your top vendors.

    • Handpicked vendor recommendations & referrals based on your budget and desires, and initial vetting of those vendors for availability & services.

    • Review & approve all final vendor contracts & invoices before any monies exchange hands.

    • Create detailed timeline and floor/site plan within thirty (30) days prior to the wedding date.

    • Conduct one (1) site visit to your ceremony and reception sites.

    • Available to you via email for general consulting & advice questions during the entire planning process.

    • Coordination begins thirty (30) days prior to your wedding date to provide structure to your final wedding day plan.

    • Follow-up email and/or phone call to all contracted vendors 2-3 weeks prior to the Client's wedding day.

    • Free storage for any design, decor and style elements you purchase and ship to Mango Season Weddings’ office on Oahu, Hawaii to avoid costly packing of wedding day items in luggage!

    • Access to Mango Season Weddings’ Design & Decor rental inventory at 50% off market rates.

    • Schedule one (1) pre-scheduled retrieval date on island of all remaining wedding related decor, design and style elements from you for organization, packing & transport to the wedding venue.

    • Supervise & coordinate your wedding rehearsal.

    • Offer complete wedding program management on the day of your wedding.

    • Provide on-site coordination on the day of the wedding including vendor supervision & troubleshooting, limited set up and break down, and distribution of any final payments/gratuities prepared by you to your service providers/vendors.

    • Styling of all decor on your wedding day.

    • Sign off with your venue coordinator at the end of your wedding night.

We booked them a little over a year before our November 2021 date and had monthly zoom meetings up until the final month...and then COVID regulations forced us to push our date back by 5 months. Annie gave us the absolute best advice on how to move on and made that process so easy for us. On our wedding day, we didn't feel any pressure at all and we had so many guests tell us how much they loved everything.   • We no longer offer a day-of coordination only package. We found over the years that couples inevitably need more wedding planning support than they anticipated. Past couples were arriving at our month-of handover meetings feeling unprepared and very frazzled. We never want you to feel that way. Thus, we created The Perfect Match package, our super-charged version of the traditional “partial planning” wedding service, to give you the expert wedding support you really need, take some of the planning burden off your shoulders, and guide you efficiently (and joyously!) through your planning process.

  • Definitely. The Perfect Match package is a great choice for you if you want to be involved in the planning of your wedding day but you need a dedicated wedding coaching team (that’s us!) by your side the entire time. This package includes a 12-step, easy to follow planning guide to make sure you plan just what you need at the right time, monthly consulting Zoom meetings, customized vendor recommendations and support in securing those vendors, creation of your budget, timeline & venue layouts, and our signature day-of coordination & management service. All in one beautiful, comprehensive package.

  • Absolutely! In fact, we prefer it because then we can really dig into what your desires are for your venue, match it to your design aesthetic, and find the right date to fit travel schedules and seasonality. We are a "start when we book" wedding planning company, so the sooner we can work together from the very beginning of your planning process, the better.

  • We can absolutely help you plan a wedding in less than 6 months! :) However, we do take each expedited wedding on a case by case basis, and our The Perfect Match package is not available for expedited weddings. An accelerated timeline is often subject to more required support so email us at aloha@mangoseasonweddings.com to set up a consultation and to receive a custom quote.

  • This is an enthusiastic Y-E-S because we LOVE multi-day events. (And it feels so good to tie in your design aesthetic and wedding vision throughout all of your events).   • YES! We work with many couples that book us for both planning & entertainment services. Our advice is to discuss the planning portion of your wedding day first and then move into how entertainment will match all your planning desires. At our planning consultation, we’ll discuss both services and then provide you with a customized proposal/quote.
